Problems Solved

An overheated charger or battery is a common occurrence that could result in a dangerous electrical fire. Property damage to a home or business could be extensive due to these fires, as well as the possibility of personal injury or even death. Once an electrical fire starts, containing it from spreading is extremely difficult.

Detailed Description & Features

Home Safe Charging Station is a contained, fire-proof charging station used to charge batteries, such as those from power tools. The station is comprised of a fire-proof box with a door on the front that stays open during normal operation. There is a fire link located on the top of the interior. When a fire is detected, the spring-loaded door will shut, thereby creating an air tight area to contain and stop the fire. A power strip in the back of the station will sense power interruption or failure to trip power to the chargers. The station will have the same thickness and properties as a home safe. Exact size, measurement, construction, and design specifications may vary upon further development and manufacturing.
